Outdoor Specialist is built around our lead builder, Tony Yap, who first got acquainted with Ropes Courses and Climbing Walls in the early 1980’s as an avid participant.

In 1994, Tony established the Companies to provide a truly professional construction, consultancy and equipping service in the design and construction of Ropes Courses, Climbing Walls and other outdoor and indoor Adventure Structures to schools and corporations.

Formed around a nucleus of dedicated and trained people, the Companies have, through the years built and maintained numerous Adventure Centers, Ropes Courses and Climbing Walls in Singapore and Malaysia. As members of the Association of Challenge Course Technology, all structures built by us are in strict compliance with the recommendations and standards set by this globally recognized Association. We have also ensured that we comply with all applicable EN standards for construction, inspection and maintenance.
